Azure deployment​

This repo is deployed to Azure using a containerized App Service + ACR, with GitHub Actions building images and deploying them per environment.

Pull-request CI, manifest-backed fast deployment, full environment promotion, shared-testing branch deploy/restore, and scheduled environment reconciliation are separate workflow contracts. See Deployment & Operations for the lane map and current rollout checkpoints.

The full, repo-specific Azure operational documentation now lives under the top-level Azure tab:

  • Azure → Deployment (GitHub Actions + ACR + App Service)
  • Azure → Services (App Service, ACR, SQL Server, Azure AI Foundry (Inference), Content Safety, APIM)
  • Azure → Authentication (APIM JWT + subscription key, Managed Identity)
